Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· Assists the HumanResource Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of theHotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Goals Programme.

· Familiarizes andenforces the IHG HR framework including systems of:

· Familiarizes andenforces local HR policies and procedures.

· Ensures clearlines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer -employee relations, employee activities and hotel policies and programmes

· Maintains andupdates files on employee records, legal documents and other Personnel matters,efficiently and confidentiality.

· Serves as a memberof the Union negotiating team and actively participates in the establishment ofUnion agreements

Qualifications –

· Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources or Business Administration.

Experience –

· 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, oran equivalent combination of education and work-related experience..
