DUTIES:
1. Assist in planning and designing the daily menu.
2. Take responsibility for the Bakery,Desserts and Pastry sections.
3. Ensure the food quality is always of high standards.
4. Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.
5. Assist in maximizing profitability.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 1 year experience working in a similar role in either a luxury restaurant or a 5*hotel environment.
2. Has a passion for pastry and bakery.
3. Must be a friendly, helpful and trust worthy leader.
4. Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving.
5. Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
6. Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
7. Communicates with fluency in English.
