Duties
1. Responsible for pricing and selling wines to maximize profitability while providing value to customers.
2. Oversee the hotel’s wine inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain wine quality.
3. Advise customers in selecting wines that enhance their dining experience.
4. Create and update wine list.
5. Provide on-job-job training to the service team in wine knowledge, proper wine service and selling techniques.
6. Work together with PR and related departments to promote the wine program through marketing and activities to attract wine enthusiasts and build the hotel’s reputation as a wine destination.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable source of quality wines.
8. Manage budgets, analyze sales data and prepare reports on wine program performance.
Requirement
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in wine operations, preferably in a sizable luxury hotel or fine dining.
2. Excellent wine and beverage knowledge and wine pairings.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profits.
4. Excellent guest service and hospitality skills and professional presentation.
5. Excellent interpersonal communications and presentations skills.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
7. Open flexibility –requires weekend and evening work shift.

7. 建立并维护与供应商的关系,确保优质葡萄酒的可靠来源。
8. 管理预算、分析销售数据并准备相关业绩报告。
岗位要求
1. 至少 5 年葡萄酒相关岗位运营经验,具有国际品牌豪华酒店或高级餐厅工作经验为佳。
2. 精通葡萄酒知识以及葡萄酒搭配。
3. 具备推动销售和提升产品利润的能力。
4. 具有出色的宾客服务技巧和专业表达能力。
5. 具有出色的人际沟通和演讲技巧。
6. 英语和普通话流利。
7. 可以接受倒班工作。
