工作职责:
Assist in formulating and improving various training management systems for the hotel.
1.协助制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
Assist superiors in conducting daily training needs analysis for all hotel departments.
2.协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。
Responsible for the onboarding training of new employees and the training services for external hires visiting the store.
3.负责新员工的入职培训工作及外聘人员来店培训的服务工作。
Assist superiors in training department business leaders on training techniques and knowledge.
4.协助上级培训各部门业务负责人的培训技巧和知识。
Edit and disseminate the latest hotel product knowledge and other relevant hotel information to all departments and employees for review and announcement.
5.编辑最新酒店产品知识等酒店相关信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布。
Assist employees with consultation and career management.
6.协助员工的咨询和职业管理工作。
Collect and review quarterly and monthly training plans from various departments.
7.收取各部门季度、月度培训计划及审核工作。1.协助制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
任职资格:
Priority will be given to candidates with internship or work experience in hotel HR.
1.有酒店hr实习/工作经验者优先。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong service-oriented mindset.
2.良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识。
Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
3.流利的英语听说读写能力。
Master basic training techniques.
4.掌握基本的培训技巧。
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5.熟练使用 Word, Excel和Power point,等办公软件。
