To prepare and conduct orientation programs and
other generic training for new associates.

To assist department/ section heads to carry out
departmental orientation and follow up on technical training programs for new
staff during the first three months.

To write and update training manuals.

To develop training materials, i.e. transparencies,
cases studies write up, etc. that meet Hotel’s training need.

Assist Training Manager to liaise with other
vocational training institutes in the arrangement of training of their
students.

To co-ordinate with department heads concerned
about the training programs for all student trainees.

To liaise with other department heads/ supervisors
to collect the performance report of the student trainees.

To maintain and update records on booklists,
training equipment and materials.

To assist Training Manager in day-to-day training
administration.

To provide clerical support to Human Resources
Office administration.

11.
To perform duties and special project assigned by
Director of Human Resources.
