Get to know regular guests.

Responsible for the mis-en-place before opening.
在开始营业前负责调度。
Ensure tidiness and power switches are OFF at closing except fridges.
确保打烊时所有物品都保持整洁,除冰箱外一切电源都已关闭。
To ensure the entire buffet display is pleasant, clean and in an orderlyfashion.
保证所有自助餐的装饰都赏心悦目,整洁干净。
To conduct regular check on buffet table to ensure food quality andquantity are up to standard.

To ensure the food items on the buffet table are flesh with regularreplenishment.
