· With Director of Sales plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.

· Sell all facts of the hotel and cross sell other Intercontinental Hotels Group properties.
销售酒店所有产品，交叉销售其他洲际酒店集团旗下品牌。
· Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
通过准备和执行计划建立新业务，巩固原有业务。
· Convert sales leads.
转化销售线索。
· Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior sales manager, sales manager, sales executive.
与高级销售经理，销售经理，销售主任一起处理客户及销售活动。
· Solicit and close business according to established parameters.
根据已有信息巩固业务。
· Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
带领场地参观。
· Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
保持常规销售通话模式。
· Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Director of Sales.
观察竞争对手的活动，与销售总监沟通战略调整。
· Attend regular meetings.
参加常规会议。
· Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
宴请潜在客户及现有重要客户，维持生意及长远销售。
· Report as required on sales activities and successes.
按照需要对销售活动及进展进行报告。
· Participate in conducting client interviews.
参与客户面谈。
· Maintain regular contract with the IHG regional network of hotels and reservation center
保持与洲际酒店集团网络和预定中心联络。
· Monitor competitor activities
监督竞争者活动。
· Build profile in market place.
在市场建立酒店名声。
· Assist Director of Sales with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns.
协助销售总监酒店资料的分发和直接邮寄。
· Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
开发并保持与会议决策者,旅游公司代理商,航空公司,商务客户,政府部门及其他产业的紧密合作联系。
· Work in line with business requirements.
