· Supervise the Rooms team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue

· Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control

· Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out

· Compile statistics for Rooms and provide reports relating to that area

· Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees

· Conduct comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include a review of procedures and events which warrants special handling and detailed information

· Communicate to the GM/DOR all information likely to be of interest to them such as the expected arrival and departure of VIPs and all other pertinent information

· In conjunction with the Emergency Response Team prepare emergency procedures upon advice from relevant authority that cover such emergencies as Fire, Power Outrage, Bomb Threat, Cyclone Warnings, etc

· Prepares efficient work schedule for Rooms Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures
· 为员工准备工作计划,安排假日及休息时间,考虑并预计大型活动安排,特别是或早或晚到达和离开的客人安排。
· According to the budget and sales strategy of the apartment, prepare the sales plan for the market under my own management, and complete the project performance target.
· 根据公寓的预算以及销售策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划,完成项目业绩指标。
· Responsible for customer development and maintenance of apartment projects; Build and maintain channels, build and optimize sales channels for projects; Responsible for online channels including third-party OTA channels and the group's own platform promotion plan formulation, order management and maintenance, as well as product plan optimization.
· 负责公寓项目客户开发及维护;渠道搭建和维护,为项目搭建优化销售渠道;负责线上渠道包括第三方 OTA 渠道以及集团自营平台的促销方案制定,订单管理维护,以及产品方案优化。
· Establish communication channels with customers, independently conduct business negotiations and representations, and complete contract signing.
· 建立与客户的沟通渠道,独立进行业务谈判和交涉,并完成合同签署。
· Assist in the organization and implementation of various apartment project marketing and promotion activities
· 协助各项公寓项目营销推广活动的组织与实施工作。
· Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
