Dutiesand Responsibilities工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS财务回报
· Assist in the creation of and work within the established HumanResources department budget and control expenses.
· 协助建立人力资源部门预算,控制费用。
· Monitor staffing to manage costs.
· 监管员工与人力配置标准,管理成本。
PEOPLE员工团队
· Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for allemployees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
· 创建各种计划促进团队协作,为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境。支持管理年度团队成员满意度调查。
· Educate and train managers on progressive discipline processes in accordancewith hotel or company policies including progressive disciplinary process,performance management process, and related programmes to foster productivity,and enhance performance.
· 根据酒店或公司政策,实施针对经理级员工的关于递进式员工惩戒规程与绩效管理流程等方面的教育和培训,以此推动工作效率,提升业绩。
· Conduct new team member orientation providing information on hotelor company standards, policies, procedures, rules and team member benefitprogrammes.
· 为新员工提供入职培训,告知酒店或公司标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。
· Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files andrecords for all employees.
· 负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。
· Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws andregulations are followed in a timely manner for recruiting and selectionprocesses. Build relations with outside contacts.
· 确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准及相关法规。负责对外联络。
GUEST EXPERIENCE宾客体验
· Develop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members toprovide guests with a unique experience.
· 运用有创意的方法来激励、鼓舞团队成员为宾客提供独特的体验。
· Make time to interact with guests to solicit feedback and buildrelationships to understand how team members can increase guest satisfaction.
· 抽时间与宾客进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。
· Work with department managers to develop initiatives to reachservice standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.
· 与部门经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS企业责任
· Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in thelocal community and promote team member involvement in local community.
· 提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动。
· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and hotel or companypolicies and procedures. Conduct annual HR compliance/standards self-audit.
· 确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。按规定与标准实施年度人力资源契合度/标准自审。
· Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts,identify potential risks to the hotel or company, and facilitate resolutionthrough your employee relations programmes. Escalate serious issues in a timelymanner.
· 对工作中发生的问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险,并通过各类员工关系项目来推动问题的解决。遇重大问题及时向上级汇报。
· Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics,absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues.
· 收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。
Perform other duties as assigned.May also serve as manager on duty.
可能需对酒店的安全负责,确保将偷窃、犯罪和其它风险降至最低。完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任值班经理。
aCCOUNTABILITY 职责
This istypically the only Human Resources professional in a full-service hotel. Maysupervise coordinator(s) in a larger hotel.
此岗位一般是综合服务酒店唯一的人力资源职位。如酒店规模较大,可能需要管理几名人力资源协调员。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Highschool diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus 2 years of relatedexperience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience. Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or relatedfield preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages may be preferred.
高中、中等教育或同等学历,2年人力资源相关工作经验,或具备其它同等学历及工作经验。接受过人力资源、劳工法及相关领域课程培训者优先。可熟练地运用英语对话。能使用其它语言者可能优先考虑。
