Report to Chief Concierge向礼宾部经理汇报工作。 Assist the Chief Concierge in the daily operation of the Concierge department, supervise the different units within the department and man the Concierge Desk, providing service to the all guests.协助礼宾部经理负责部门日常運作，管理各部分，并向客人提供服务。 Ensure a high quality of service is provided to all external and internal customers of your department.无论对于内部或外部的顾客，均须提供高标准服务质量。 Devote all your working time and efforts to the business of the hotel and carry out duties assigned to you by your direct supervisors. 服从上司对你的工作安排，同时保证工作时专心致志，努力为酒店创造价值。 Conduct all your duties in accordance with the rules, practices, procedures and policies, which are outlined in the associates handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork whenever and wherever is possible.
