We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage.
As a Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

1. Improve and optimize the profitability of every outlet.
提高和优化各餐厅的盈利能力。
2. Plan the yearly theme, events and activities.
策划年度主题、项目和活动。
3. Take responsibility for branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage staff.
负责餐饮部品牌维护、收益和员工管理。
4. Take responsibility of all Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets, performers and suppliers.
负责所有餐饮相关的合同，包括但不仅限于餐厅、乐队表演者和供应商。
5. Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.
带领餐饮团队提供高标准的服务。
We are looking for someone who：
候选人应具备以下特质：
1. Minimum 1-year in similar capacity and business model in Director of Food & Beverage position. Preferably possesses the experience of hotel pre-opening.
1年以上同类型酒店餐饮部总监工作经验，拥有酒店筹开经验优先。
2. Preferably has banquet background and oversea exposure, understand the quality and personal service.
具备宴会管理经验，了解宴会质量和服务标准。
3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language to host global guests.
良好的中英双语口语和书写，为全球客人提供良好的服务以及处理英文文书工作。
4. Strong engagement with guest and colleagues, responsive to the needs and act faster, strong execution ability.
与客人和同事保持良好的沟通，及时响应需求，行动迅速，执行力强。
5. Good interpersonal skill, recognize and develop potential.
良好的人际交往能力，发现并开发自己的潜能。
