JOB PURPOSE职权范围:
• To make every siteinspection into a sale. 每次带客人看房都使客人能成为我们的住客。
• To maximize guestsatisfaction by serving them in an efficient and responsible manner that meetstheir unique needs. 以有效和负责的态度为客人提供服务来满足他们独特的需求和使客人满意度最大化。
• To handle Front Officeoperations. 处理前台日常运营事务。
• To provide mail,messages, postal services, general information etc through Guest Services. 通过前台为客人提供邮件,讯息还有邮政服务以及一些信息概况。
• To handle the CENTREXand the CSHIS system. 处理CENTREX和CSHIS系统
KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要:
1. Tohandle all check-in and departure of guests including the processing of theirreservation. 处理所有客人入店及离店包括预定的程序。
2. Tohandle all guest requests during their stay. 处理客人在店期间的所有需求。
3. Tohandle all front desk cashier duties including cash flow handover. 处理所有收款及退款事宜,并确保备用金交接正常。
4. Toorganize and implement guest programs / plans that anticipate and meet guestsneeds and interest. 组织和实行可以满足客人需要和引起客人兴趣的住客活动。
5. Tohandle all leasing activities including conducting site inspections in theabsence of Sales and Marketing. 处理所有租赁事宜,包括在销售部不在的时候带客人看房。
6. Toprovide support on sales enquires through telephone or from site inspections. 同通过电话或带客人看房来协助销售部。
7. Toact as a link between Operations and the Corporate Office on operation andsales processes. 在运营和销售上在运营部和合作部门间起到桥梁作用。
8. Tosupport Sales and Marketing by providing relevant information including guestfeedback and sales leads. 通过反馈客人意见和销售趋向等为市场部提供相关的信息。
9. Tohelp the Service Assistants in the breakfast lounge to ensure good service andto improve the contact with the residents. 在早餐吧帮助服务助理确保为客人提供优良的服务并加强与住客之间的沟通。
10. Tointeract with the residents and explain facilities and services. 与住客沟通并为其介绍酒店的设备和服务。
11. Tohandle complaints from residents and to refer to management only if the problemcannot be solved without impact on the finances of the company or on thecompany’s image. 处理客人投诉并在解决不了的情况下向经理反映但不能影响公司的形象。
12. Toprovide care and diligence to residents belongings during their arrival,departure and apartment change. 在客人抵店,离店和换房的时候提供细心周到的服务。
13. Torecord incoming registered mail, telegram, parcel, express mail in appropriatefile and distribution. 将客人的信件,包裹,快递签认真记录并及时分发。
14. Tohandle all mail, messages, telephone calls, information enquires and relatedservices requested by the residents. 处理所有电邮,留言,来电和客人要求的信息。
15. Tomaintain order and security of guest keys, floor master keys kept in OPM officeand others selected keys, ensuring key issue policy is followed. 确保客人门卡及楼层卡及相关钥匙的安全管理。
16. Torecord and follow up daily logbook and handover
