高级侍酒师

The Senior Sommelier is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant's beverage program, in line with its service standards and business strategy. Serving as the resident wine expert and the driving force behind beverage revenue, you will curate and manage the wine list and cellar, deliver exceptional wine service and food-pairing guidance to guests, and grow wine sales through expertise and guest engagement — consistently meeting the expectations of guests, the management team, and ownership.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a recognized sommelier certification (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent spirits/wine credentials).
1. 为客人提供专业的葡萄酒知识讲解，充分了解传统产区和传统名庄；
2. 为客人提供专业的侍酒服务；
3. 协助同事提供用餐等相关服务；
4. 统计酒水销售数据、酒水成本、酒商对接，并提供专业建议；
5. 完成酒水销售目标；
6. 协助店长管理客户档案；
7. 店长交办的其他工作。
任职要求
Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred; equivalent vocational training in wine and beverage service will also be considered.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a sommelier in a luxury hotel or an upscale fine-dining restaurant is required.

2. 责任心强，具有团队合作精神；
3. 热爱葡萄酒行业、了解葡萄酒文化及相关礼仪；
4. 练操作Excel和offic；
5. 良好的人际交往能力和书面口头沟通表达的能力；
6. 专业知识 WSET 2级或同等级别的其他葡萄酒证书；
7. 流利的普通话及良好的英语。
