1.AssistGeneral Manager and Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events for the daily Food safety check.
协助总经理和餐饮总监完成日常食品安全卫生检查
2.Assistthe Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events in the day-to-day operation of the Food safety and to helpmaintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation.
协助餐饮总监管理酒店相关部门的食品安全,保证食品的高质量。
3.Establishrelevant system to ensure that the food safety and hygiene work finishedaccurate and efficient.
制定相关制度,保证食品安全卫生工作准确高效完成。
4.SuperviseHygienic standards for food safety departments the implementation.
监督各部门食品安全卫生标准的执行情况。
5.Takespart in all scheduled training at his/her level.
参加所有相应级别的培训。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
1.Havea good knowledge of Food Safety knowledge to carry out the duties andresponsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
具备有与本职位相配的食品安全知识,高效率,高质量完成本职工作。
2.Atleast has 1 years Food Safety and Hygienemanagement experience
至少有1年食品安全卫生管理的工作经验
