Job Description:
1.根据预测、宴会预订、团体餐的安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
1. Implement working schedule
based on forecast, banquet reservation, group and VIP arrivals.
2.与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系,努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。
2. Build and maintain positive
relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their
needs and take action to address these
needs in order to exceed their expectations.
3.保持高水平的酒店产品和服务知识,以便向客人解释和介绍相关的服务设施。
3.Maintain a high level of
product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and
facilities to guests.
4.当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
4.In the absence of a Manager,
conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational
requirements are known.
5.全力解决客人的投诉,并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
5.Endeavour to resolve all
complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow
up.
6.负责监督现金操作和交接程序,处理非日常的付款。
6.Supervise cash handling and
banking procedures and deal
with irregular payments.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
1.Good oral and written communication skills
2.至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2.Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
3.餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验,注重细节,良好的人际交往能力,能够和不同的人才相处。
3.Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service and attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse
talent.
