Requirements
岗位要求
· Degree in hotel manager , tourism management , business administration or equivalent ;
酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理学位或同等学历;
· Solid knowledge of Front Office operations ;
扎实的前厅运作和日常运营知识;
· Good service awareness and attitude , ensurehigh quality service to both internal and external guests ;
有良好的服务意识和态度,保证向理疗院内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务;
· Familiar with the front desk standards , processes and procedures of international luxury branded hotels ;
. 熟悉国际奢华品牌酒店的前台标准、流程和程序
· Excellent knowledge and very familiar withall software ' s ;
熟练掌握各类软件;
· Good communication and interpretationskill ;
沟通能力较强,具备良好的人际交往技巧;
· One year experience in similar position inhospitality industry .
在酒店一年以上的相似工作经历
· Confidence, Fluently English speacking
