Assist the Chief Chef in checking the quality and quantity of the food, report to the supervisor in
case of problem.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily sanitation and cleanliness.

Requirements 资质要求
Secondary specialized diploma or above, or relevant diploma;
中技以上文化程度,或相关专业毕业;
Good understanding of different kitchen procedures and good mastering of the food preparation
and quality control;
熟悉厨房各区块流程和作业要求,掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求;
Good at eastern and western cooking;
擅长中、西式烹饪料理;
Good understanding of food safety regulations;了解食品卫生法;
Be able to work independently according to the working regulations and quality specifications, have
equivalent technique level;
能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作,并有相应的技术等级;
Responsible, hard working, positive and good communication;
有责任心,能吃苦耐劳、工作主动性强,有一定的沟通能力;
