Provides supportive functionalassistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of thecommunity within the limits of established hotel and local policies andprocedures.Ensures the Front Services teammaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies,service procedures and standards (Hotel & LQA) on a daily basis.Monitor TrustYou and take necessaryaction to ensure service level and engagement are always up to hotel standardand goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’satisfaction and loyalty.To assist and support the Front OfficeManager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient andeffective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilstbeing pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
