Supervises, trains, schedules and evaluates Concierge/Bellman staffs
to ensure that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. Performs
the daily responsibilities of these positions and assists where necessary to
ensure optimum service to guests/visitors. Also provides friendly, efficient
and professional service through all of the departments, as a visible symbol of
the hotel lobby, act according to the objectives, performance, Group Leading
Quality Assurance (LQA) Standards and quality standards established by New World Guangzhou Hotel.
