Under the general direction of the Guest Services Manager and withinthe limits of established New World Hotels brand and local policies andprocedures, performs all aspects of Front Desk services, such as check-in,check-out, cashiering, up selling etc. to achieve the highest possible guestsatisfaction.

Maintain complete knowledge of all departmental policies and complywith all departmental policies, service procedures and standards (Hotel &LQA) on a daily basis.

Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service leveland engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the managementin order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
