3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Receives guests, visitors and candidates in a professional manner and in the MGM way

7.Assign room to staff who need dormitory in reason and fairness within the Dormitory Assignment Guideline stipulated in P& P of Dormitory Management
按照酒店宿舍分配规定公平合理地分配房间给需要住宿的员工
8.Carries out Check-in and Check-out procedure for staff when he/she moves in/out dormitory.
严格执行员工登记入住手续和退宿手续。
9.Complying with Employee Handbook
以身作则,符合《员工手册》的行为规范
10.Correct roomer’s inappropriate behavior and report the misconduct to Human Resources Manager for necessary disciplinary action taken
纠正住宿员工超出规范的行为,并将违纪行为报人力资源经理处理
11.Keep the Dormitory Name List updated in line with the actual status of room occupied
保持《宿舍花名册》与住宿人员的实际状况相符
12.Implement Dormitory Cleaning Plan and Schedule, keep dormitory public area and public facilities in good cleaning
执行宿舍清洁计划,保持宿舍公共区域和公共设施在良好的清洁状态
13.Have roomer one by one into Room Cleaning Monthly Duty Roster, supervise he/she cleaning room every day and keeping the room in good order
编制《房间值日表》,督促住宿员工做好房间内清洁并维持房间内良好的秩序
14.Daily cleaning item: Public Area, Corridor, stairs, washing room, etc
每日清洁宿舍公共区域,包括地面、走廊、楼梯、洗手间等并达到标准
15.Regular cleaning item: Glass, AC, Lights, Curtain, etc
定期清洁天花、玻璃、空调、电灯、窗帘等设施
16.Keep HR Manager informed of following items:
及时向宿舍主管报告,如有下列情况发生:
There is outsider appeared in dormitory area
有外来人员进出宿舍区
There are facilities out of order
有设施被损坏
There is potential danger appeared
有不安全因素
Unusual sounds and occurrences appeared
异常声音或现象
17.Be willing to attend training, insistently improve work performance with efficiency
接受培训,不断地提高工作效率
18.Follow up safety procedure when duty
工作时遵守安全规定
19.Use the tools and equipment’s properly, save energy and cleaning materials
爱护使用工具,不浪费清洁材料,节约水电
20.Respect the roomers’ privacy
尊重住宿员工的隐私权
21.Follow up the daily Keys and Tools hand over procedure
遵守钥匙和工具等的交领程序
22.Implement Dormitory Daily Check List and take action accordingly
每日执行《员工宿舍日查表》,并采取相应的行动
23.Record daily defect list by Implementing Dormitory Daily Check List, and send Maintenance Request to Engineering Department for facilities repaired
根据《员工宿舍日查表》的结果,填写《维修申请》送工程部要求维修
24.Follow up and supervise all the items of maintenances to keep all dormitory facilities in good order.
督促跟进所有的维修项目,保持所有宿舍设施完好运行
25.Manage and keep facilities in good order
管理员工宿舍,并使各项设施完好使用
26.Educate the roomers to use the facilities appropriately and correct misusing
教育员工正确的使用各类设施,防止滥用和损坏
27.Put service hour of all lights, AC and water heater in public area into reasonable schedule for energy cost saving.
为宿舍公共区域的电灯、空调及热水器等制定合理的开关时间,节省水电
28.Record monthly energy consumption of dormitory and make a report to Human Resources Manager and Finance Department, Inform the payroll maker to deduct the part of overuse from overuse’s payroll
记录宿舍区水电消耗情况并报人力资源经理和财务部,通知计薪员扣除超出用电标准的相关员工的工资
29.Control the consumption of cleaning material
控制清洁用品的消耗情况
30.Educate underling staff and all roomers for saving energy cost, prevent any misusing of electric machine in dormitory.
教育员工节约用水用电,防止滥用水电和乱用电器。
31.Keep Heads of Human Resources informed of operation improvement or special occurrence on weekly departmental briefing
在部门周例会上通报工作进展情况和宿舍区出现的特别现象

At least 1-year experience in property management work or dormitory management work in hotel or industrial companies.
