1. Produce periodic action plan based on the Business Plan and ensure that the sales team is conducting
business according to the set objectives.
根据既定的商业计划,制定定期的销售活动,确保整个团队致力于完成销售目标
2. Keep abreast of current market trends and research competitors.
保持对目前的市场趋势的认知,做好竞争对手酒店分析和市场调研
3. Assists in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing plan.
协助制定促销战略和经营计划。
4. Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales initiatives and trends.
监督销售计划的贯彻和实施。
5. Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.
汇总市场营销手段的有效性。
6. Assists in setting up systems to monitor achievement of departmental and individual goals and
objectives.
协助建立有效的体系,监督部门及个人目标的完成情况。
7. Periodically accompany all sales managers on site inspections, client appointments to ensure consistency
in sales process and quality standards.
定期陪同所有销售经理进行酒店现场考察,与客户会面,确保销售流程和质量标准的一致性
8. Manages & assists in strategic department planning and development.
管理和协助制定部门战略计划,监督其实施。
9. Institutes suitable process to allow for efficient and effective utilization of departmental resources.
建立有效的部门程序,以确保部门资源被高效利用。
10. Assists in developing procedures for implementation and monitoring of reporting systems.
协助建立汇报程序,并确保其得以实施。
