7. Establish good public relations, strengthen communication, extensively collect opinions from guests and other departments, summarize experience to correct mistakes, and constantly improve work.
8. Reviewed the daily business report, mastered the day's guest reservation, resource preparation and kitchen preparation, understood the day's important guests, as well as the relevant situation and special requirements of guests, carefully organized and arranged the current preparation work.
9. Assist the staff of the department in professional energy-saving training and daily quality management to improve the overall quality.
