职位描述
负责协助确保整个酒店电话每天专业的运作确保客人和员工之间的沟通桥梁。帮助培训及使员工能够给客人提供优质服务并超出内部客人和外部客人的期望值。所有的执行部门职责和酒店程序与应用保持一致。实践和程序,尽可能结合在酒店的构架和公司的特性。协助房务总监监督与预订部有关的所有活动,以达到尽可能高的入住率,实现客房收入和利润。负责领导和激励预订团队提供优质服务,优化预订机会,提高客户忠诚度。PBX & Reservation Manager is responsible for helping ensure professional daily phone operations hotel wide and assists in creating unmatched guest and employee experience. Helps train and empowers employees who provide exceptional service that meets and exceeds internal and external guest’s expectations. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of the company. To assist the Director Of Rooms in the supervision of all activities pertaining to Reservation Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit. To be responsible in providing the leadership to motivate the Reservations Team to excel in service delivery, optimize booking opportunities and promote customer retention and loyalty.
【岗位职责】
1、全面统筹前台预订服务的日常运营,确保接听响应及时、信息传递准确、预订流程规范高效。Oversee the daily operations of the Telephone Exchange and Front Office Reservation Center in an all-round manner, ensuring timely call answering, accurate information delivery, and standardized and efficient reservation procedures.
2、制定并持续优化服务标准、预订操作规程、客户信息管理及服务质量监控机制,提升客户满意度与服务的一致致性。Formulate and continuously optimize telephone service standards, reservation operating procedures, customer information management rules and service quality monitoring mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and service consistency.
3、负责总机与预订团队的人员管理,包括排班调度、业务培训、绩效考核、服务督导及梯队建设。Manage the team of the Telephone Exchange and Reservation Center, including work scheduling, professional training, performance appraisal, service supervision and talent echelon development.
4、协同运营、IT、市场等部门推进电话系统及各平台的功能适配与数据安全管理,保障业务连续性与合规性。Collaborate with the Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing and other departments to advance the functional adaptation of telephone systems and various platforms as well as data security management, so as to guarantee business continuity and compliance.
5、定期分析服务数据,输出运营报告并推动改进措施落地。Regularly analyze operational data, compile operation reports and drive the implementation of improvement initiatives.
6、协助收益经理完成各项收益数据报告。Assist the Revenue Manager in preparing various revenue analysis reports.
7、完成上级交办的其他事项。Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、行政管理或相关专业优先。College degree or above. Majors in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Administrative Management or related fields are preferred.
2、具有同等岗位工作经验,具备独立带团队经历。Proven working experience in an equivalent role with solid team leadership capabilities.
