1、Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

2、Ensure grooming and general appearance of conforms to Hotel standards.

3、Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.

4、Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.

5、Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

6、Complete all duties and ensure a hand over for day off is given.
完成所有任务,确保休息日之前做好交接。
7、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
