1.Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing work procedures and service standards for banquets, meetings, and private rooms to ensure service quality and efficiency. 协助餐厅经理制定并执行宴会、会议、包房的工作流程和服务标准,确保服务工作的质量和效率。2. Review daily meeting and banquet orders as well as work logs, and stay fully informed of all activities and any last-minute changes. 检查每日会议、宴会订单和工作日志,对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。3. Handle special requirements during banquet and meeting negotiations and follow up on their execution. 负责对接宴会、会议洽谈中的各项特殊要求,并跟进执行。4. Assign tasks to banquet waitstaff before events, check employee attendance, inform all team members about event details, and supervise work to ensure compliance with hotel standards.在活动开始前为宴会服务员分配工作,检查员工到岗情况。告知所有团队成员有关活动细节,督促工作并按酒店标准执行。5. Prepare table layouts and equipment arrangements for various banquet events. 为各类宴会活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备工作。6. Monitor guests’ dining experience, solicit feedback and suggestions in a timely manner, promptly handle guest complaints and emergencies, and report to the Food and Beverage Manager.
关注客人用餐状况,适时征询客人的意见、建议,及时处理客人投诉及突发性事件并向餐饮经理汇报。
