As a Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to：
To assist the Directors Of Customer Sales in the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.To constantly review task processes and staff productivity in ensuring that work standards are consistently met.To provide CRO and RSOs/RRO with updated room availability to maximizesales opportunities and minimize regrets build-up.To coordinate reservations requirements with the respective departments.
