We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our FO team.

As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:
作为一名值班经理，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation offront office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.
协助FOM管理酒店前厅部的日常运营，熟悉前厅部服务设施的功能并保持良好状态。
Maintain good customer relationship and beable to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
保持良好的客户关系，能够独立有效地处理客人的投诉。
To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, andemployee' s activities.
提供全面的管理支持，监督客人的满意度，安全以及员工活动。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 1 years in the same position in5-star international hotel, preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.
1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位, 具备酒店筹开经验优先。
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality.
良好的团队合作精神，建立团队精神，具有热情、活力、时尚的个性。
Good execution and follow up.
良好的执行力和跟踪能力。
Good at Microsoft office and Opera system.
熟练使用微软办公软件和Opera系统。
