We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Laundry and Valet to join our HSKP team.

As a Service Leader - Laundry and Valet, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管-洗衣房，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
Support Laundry Manager for all work arrangements within the department.
支持洗衣店经理进行部门内的所有工作安排。
Supervise all work delegated to subordinates and ensure all work iscomplete on time and meet hotel standards.
监督委托给下属的所有工作，确保所有工作按时完成并达到酒店标准。
Fully Inspect and proper records for all guest laundry received.
对收到的所有客人洗衣房进行全面检查并适当记录。
Follow up on all laundry returned from laundry company, perform quality check on all guest laundry prior return to guest.
跟进从洗衣公司退回的所有衣物，在归还给客人之前对所有客人的衣物进行质量检查。
Communicate on a daily and weekly basis on operational matters with subordinates and superiors.
每天和每周与下属和上级就运营事宜进行沟通。
Report shortcomings in the section operation and any defective machinery within the section to the supervisor.
向主管报告该段操作中的缺陷和该段内的任何有缺陷的机械。
Supervising the work of junior personnel always remains fair and impartial.
监督初级人员的工作，始终保持公平公正。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 3 relevant working experience is preferred
具有3年以上相关工作经验者优先
Good health, regularfeatures, no bad habits
身体健康，五官端正，无不良嗜好
Proficient in daily office software, have certain word processing and communication and coordination skills
能熟练操作日常办公软件，有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力
Knowledge of the materials of clothes
具备衣服材质相关知识
