As a Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation in the Reservations Team. Help to maximize hotel profits. Handle guest reservation requests in a professional and timely manner. Improve guest relations and increase guest loyalty. Review arrival report daily and follows up and update reservation status. Review no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to our policies. Prepare occupancy forecast. Monitor general performance and telephone manner of the team.
