provide feedback on reasons for turnover

·
Responsible and handling new
employee entry procedures, assistance local employment procedures required by

Communicate with each
department heads regarding manning vacancy

到合作机构进行面试；相关部门面试协调及安排：通知面试，进行初步面试，证件检查，基础信息的了解。

Pass the first interview, and
then send to relative department for second interview.
·
初次面试合格，送各部门负责人进行复试，并紧密跟踪。
·
After the second interview,
check the requires documentations, and send it to Hotel management for
approval.
·
部门面试合格后，检查入店前各项所需文件并报管理层审批。
·
Inform the candidate to make
health examination通知候选人体检。
