· Interview arrangement betweencooperated organizations and operation departments : interview notification& arrangement, first interview implementation, certificate verification,reference check of the candidate.
· 到合作机构进行面试;相关部门面试协调及安排:通知面试,进行初步面试,证件检查,基础信息的了解。
· Pass the first interview, andthen send to relative department for second interview.
· 初次面试合格,送各部门负责人进行复试,并紧密跟踪。
· After the second interview,check the requires documentations, and send it to Hotel management forapproval.
· 部门面试合格后,检查入店前各项所需文件并报管理层审批。
· Inform the candidate to makehealth examination通知候选人体检。
