岗位职责
1.客人到店时提供热情、专业地问候
Provide a warm and professional welcome to allguests.
2.合理分配管理预订,确保客人及时入座
Manage reservations and ensure timely seating ofguests.
3.与前台副经理、厨师和服务团队沟通客人的要求和喜好
Communicate guest requests and preferences tothe Assistant Receptionist Manager, Chef, and service team.
4.在用餐高峰时段协助服务团队,帮助满足客人的需求,维持用餐区的服务顺畅
Assist the service team during busy periods,helping with guest needs and maintaining a smooth flow in the dining area.
5.确保菜单及时更新,并随时可用
Ensure menus are up-to-date and available at alltimes.
6.保持接待区域整洁有序
Maintain a clean, well-organized reception area.
岗位要求:
1.高中毕业或同等学历,有酒店或对客服务培训经验者优先
Highschool diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or guest services training is a plus
2.有从事过高端餐厅或酒店前台接待工作经验优先
Previous experience in aguest-facing role, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury environment.
3.优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力,确保客人体会到热情和周到的服务
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-cared for.
4.较强的组织协调能力,特别是在预订和座位安排方面
Strong organizationalabilities, especially in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
5.具有能够与服务团队和厨房团队协作精神
Team player, with theability to collaborate with both the service and kitchen teams.
6.关注细节,确保客人提出对特殊菜单要求的准确性
Attention to detail,ensuring the accuracy of menus and guest requests.
7.在压力下保持冷静,能够在服务高峰期间处理多项任务
Calm under pressure, withthe ability to handle multiple tasks during busy service periods.
8.当有需求时可以灵活地协助餐厅进行服务
Flexibility to assist invarious roles within the restaurant when needed.
9.具备基础的办公软件(Word, Excel)更新客人名单和预订的技能
Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel) for updating guest lists and reservations.
