1.Assist the Chef de Partiein preparing, cooking, and plating dishes in the assigned section.
协助厨师主管完成在所属档口内进行菜品前期准备、制作及摆盘装饰等工作
2.Maintain cleanliness,organization, and readiness of the workstation at all times during service.
在工作期间始终保持档口内的清洁、有序和整洁
3.Follow the restaurant’sstandards and recipes, ensuring consistency in food preparation andpresentation.
遵循餐厅的标准和菜品配方,确保菜品准备工作和出品呈现的一致性
4.Support the Chef de Partieby completing prep work and managing ingredient inventory in the section.
协助厨师主管完成准备工作并管理食材库存
5.Comply with all health andsafety regulations, maintaining a hygienic and safe kitchen environment.
遵守所有卫生制度和安全法规,保持厨房环境的卫生和安全
6.Communicate any issues related to ingredients,equipment, or kitchen operations to the Chef de Partie.

岗位要求:
1.Minimum of 1-2 years ofexperience in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or a high-endrestaurant.
至少1-2年厨房专业工作经验,有高端餐饮行业工作经验优先
2.Experience in assistingsenior chefs and working within a team.
具有协助厨师团队工作经验
3.Basic culinary skills,including food preparation and cooking techniques.
基本的菜品制作技能,包括出品前的准备和操作
4.Ability to work efficientlyin a fast-paced environment, under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.

5.Strong attention to detail,particularly with regard to food presentation and hygiene standards.
