MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Outlet Manager is to oversee day to day operations of the “The Good Kitchen” and Specialty Restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, colleague welfare,and profit margins.
餐厅经理管理全日制餐厅以及特色餐厅每天的运营, 关注客人,提升顾客满意度、保障同事福利,尽可能在控制成本的基础上实现利润最大化。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College degree or above
大专以上学历
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Work experience in a similar position in a five Star Hotel for 2-3 years. Technical course in F&B management. Minimum 3 years full time course
2-3年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。满3年的餐饮技术管理课程
• Prior experience in operating or opening one of our Company Managed Hotels,alternatively prior experience in operating or opening one of our competitor Hotels.
曾有运营或筹备开业本公司旗下酒店的经验,或者曾有运营或筹备开业我们竞争对手酒店的经验。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Passionate with good leadership ability.

• Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Able to manage conflicting business priorities and to facilitate other departments on planning.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Analytical with reasonable level of numeracy with attention to details.
关注细节,合理水平的数字分析能力。
• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
良好的中英文能力,普通话标准。
• Knowledge of MS office software.
能够使用日常的办公室软件。
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
