MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Prepare, bake and finish desserts, breads and otherbaked goods in accordance with departmental
quality standards. Assist with advanced presentations. Adhere to localregulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, aswell as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
按照部门质量标准制作，烘烤和完成甜品、面包和其它烘烤食品。协助高级的外观。遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Diplomaor Vocational Certificate in Pastry & Baking or food preparations orrelated field.
糕点烘烤或食品加工或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• 3 years related experience as or training in bakery or food preparationor an equivalent combination of
education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
3年相关工作经历或糕店或食品加工培训，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
• Priorexperience in operating or opening one of our Company Managed Hotels,alternatively prior experience in operating or opening one of our competitorHotels.
曾有运营或筹备开业本公司旗下酒店的经验，或者曾有运营或筹备开业我们竞争对手酒店的经验。

• Alcoholawareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlercard as required by localgovernment agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
• Problem solving and training abilities.

• Knowledgeof MS office software.
能够使用日常的办公室软件。
• A cleancriminal record is a-must.
