MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Under the guidance and supervision ofthe Executive Housekeeper and established SALT policies and procedures,supervise the activities and behaviour or Public Area team members to ensureclean, orderly, sanitary and attractive Public Areas of the Hotel and itssurroundings; suggest, develop training programs to improve the efficiency,productivity and performance of Public Area team members.
在行政管家的指导下，创建政策和流程，管理同事的工作态度及举止行为，确保公共区域的团队成员能够完成酒店周围和公共区域的清洁工作，提供意见和发展培训计划来提高公共区域的工作效率。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College Degree or above
大专及以上学历
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
• At least 3years hotel experience.
至少3年的酒店经验
• Good working experience in housekeeping common area
在客房部公共区域有丰富的工作经验
• Exposureto industry which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Good management skill, organization and coordination skill,interpersonal communication skill and adaptability
具有良好的管理能力，组织协调能力，人际沟通能力和应变能力.，掌握各类清洁用具的使用和保养方法
• Have strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, careful; set self as anexample, willing to learn, to be enthusiasm and compassionate, focus on qualityand efficiency.
富有责任心，工作细致、认真，为人表率，注重质量，讲究效率。
• Good ability to train the subordinate knowledge and skills.
具有良好的培训下属知识及技能的能力。
• Familiar with the national laws, regulations on guest room operation andhygiene requirements.
熟悉国家有关客房经营的法令、法规及卫生要求知识。
• Be good at leading and motivating the work of the subordinate employeesand correctly evaluating their work performance, effectively prepare the teammember training plans, and organize the implementation.
善于领导和激励下属员工的工作和正确评估员工的工作表现，有效地编制部门员工培训计划，并组织实施。
• Be familiar with the work responsibilities, procedures and standards ofall departments of the company.
熟悉本公司各部门的工作职责、程序和标准。
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
