MAIN PURPOSE主要职责
To supervise the Front Office all units activities during the shift and handle guest relations and requests. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management and department heads.
当班时管理前厅部工作并提供对客服务,在酒店高级管理人员和部门经理不当班时担任值班经理。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degree or above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大专以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· 3 years’experience in front office / guest services operations, including supervisory experience at a hotel of similar size and complexity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
拥有3年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括在相似规模和复杂程度的酒店的管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
· Exposure to industry, which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
· Pre-opening experience is preferred.
有筹备经验优先。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

具备使用办公软件的能力。

• Familiar with Front Desk operation.

• A clean criminal record is a-must.
必须能提供无犯罪记录证明。
