1. Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

2. Ensure grooming and general appearance to Hotel standards.
确保个人的仪容仪表符合酒店标准。
3. Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
确保材料供应充足，并申请采购所需的物品。
4. Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
5. Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
确保餐厅的美观和维护工作。
6. Takes every opportunity to promote special events, promotions and facilities.
推广特殊活动、促销活动和设施。
You are 岗位要求：
1. Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
2.College degree or above, Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
3. Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .

4. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
