· Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines.
帮助收货及根据食品储存指南来整理食品存放货架。
· Responsible for the high standard of dishes prepared.
负责高标准菜品的准备工作。
· All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
熟知菜单的所有内容,烹调方式,成份,酱汁,分量,装饰,摆放和价格。
· Carry out pre-service duties and preparatory work for meal service.
做好开餐的岗前职责和准备工作。
· Daily menu specials and items out of stock.
熟知每天的特价推荐菜和沽清物品。
You are 岗位要求:
· Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· College degree or above, cooking management graduate.
中专及以上学历,烹饪相关专业。
· Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节,良好的人际交往能力。
