Your future mission 岗位职责：
· Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。
· All liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic and Tea selections available in restaurant.
熟知餐厅可提供的所有的酒精饮料,啤酒, 非酒精饮料和茶的种类。
· All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
熟知菜单的所有内容，烹调方式，成份，酱汁，分量，装饰，摆放和价格。
· Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
· Daily menu specials and items out of stock.
熟知每天的特价推荐菜和沽清物品。
· Restaurant layout, table/seat/station numbers, PDR table set-ups proper table set-ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code.
熟知餐厅的整体摆设，桌子/座位/工作台数，贵宾房以及大厅的桌面摆台，客房入住率,运营时间，价格范围和着装要求。
· Cashier and manual system procedures.
熟知系统操作程序。
You are 岗位要求：
· Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· College degree or above, Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
· Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节，良好的人际交往能力。
