Assistant Manager - Chinese Restaurant 中餐厅副经理

Your future mission 岗位职责：
· Responsible for assisting the manager to manage the operation of Chinese Operation Manager.
负责协助中餐运营经理部门运作。
· In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
当经理不在场时，负责心艺家的监督和管理指导，确保部门的正常运行。
· Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
全力解决客人的投诉，并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
· Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系。
· Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations.
努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。
· To prepare, along with his outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis of the yearly business plan.
和各部门团队准备部门的年度营销计划，作为年度营业计划基础。
· To ensure that an effective marketing approach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations.
确保一个适用于他所有餐饮运作部门的有效营销方法。
· To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望，确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线（菜单）的开发。
You are 岗位要求：
· Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in a similar position at Luxury and Grand hotels.
具有奢华或高端酒店同类职位的工作经验3年以上。
· College degree or above, Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
· Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节，良好的人际交往能力。
