Your future mission 岗位职责:
· All liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic and Tea selections available in Banquet.
熟知宴会可提供的所有的酒精饮料,啤酒, 非酒精饮料和茶的种类。
· All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
熟知菜单的所有内容,烹调方式,成份,酱汁,分量,装饰,摆放和价格。
· Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
· Cashier and manual system procedures.
熟知系统操作程序。
· Replenish par levels for supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
确保维持易耗品,酒精饮料的平均存放量,完成对库房的补货或对增加物品的采购。
· Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
· Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
确保材料供应充足,并申请采购所需的物品。
· Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of Banquet working areas.
确保宴会厅的美观和维护工作。
You are 岗位要求:
· Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· College degree or above, Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
大专及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业。
· Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节,良好的人际交往能力。
