岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店餐饮板块食品安全、环境卫生及清洁标准的落地执行与常态化监督。
Supervise the implementation of food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards in all hotel F&B areas.
2. 主导HACCP体系落地、日常卫生检查、台账记录管理,跟进问题整改与闭环落实。
Lead HACCP system management, routine hygiene inspections, record keeping and rectification follow-up.
3. 规范废弃物分类、危废处理全流程,统筹落实全员卫生防疫与安全培训工作。
Manage waste sorting and hazardous waste disposal procedures, and organize regular hygiene training for teams.
4. 定期巡检厨房、餐厅及后厨后勤区域,排查卫生隐患,保障全域环境卫生合规达标。
Conduct regular environmental hygiene inspections on kitchens, restaurants and back-of-house areas to eliminate hygiene risks.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 4年以上酒店及餐饮卫生管理经验,含至少2年奢华酒店同岗位从业经验。
Over 4 years of hotel and catering hygiene management experience, including at least 2 years of relevant working experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟知国家食品安全法规、HACCP体系及高端餐饮行业卫生标准。
Familiar with food safety regulations, HACCP system and high-end catering industry hygiene standards.
3. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力,可适配高端酒店工作场景。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing proficiency for luxury hotel working scenarios.
4. 拥有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Candidates with luxury hotel pre-opening experience are highly preferred.
