职位描述 Job Description
1.全面负责酒店餐饮、厨房卫生管控,执行卫生检查并记录,确保符合品牌与政府标准。
Oversee food and kitchen hygiene, conduct inspections and maintain logs to meet brand and local authority requirements.
2.监督员工卫生操作,落实消杀、健康证、卫生执照办理,配合卫生部门检查。
Supervise staff hygiene practices, implement pest control, manage health cards and hygiene license, and coordinate with health authorities.
3.开展卫生培训,处理食品安全相关投诉与事故,及时上报并跟进整改。
Conduct hygiene training, handle food safety complaints and incidents, report and follow up promptly.
4.完成行政总厨交办的行政支持、会议汇报及其他食品安全相关工作。
Provide administrative support to Executive Chef, attend meetings and perform other assigned duties.
任职条件 Criteria:
1 年及以上酒店食品安全 / 卫生管理相关经验,熟悉餐饮卫生规范。
At least 1 year of hotel food safety/hygiene management experience; familiar with F&B hygiene regulations.
2.了解食品卫生法规、消杀管理、健康证与卫生证照办理流程。
Knowledgeable on food safety laws, pest control, health cards and hygiene licensing procedures.
3.具备检查、培训、沟通协调能力,做事严谨、原则性强。
With inspection, training and coordination skills; detail-oriented and principled.
