岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 至少 10 年烹饪管理经验,含奢华品牌酒店行政总厨或同级管理经验。深厚的烹饪功底及多元菜系(地中海菜系、南意大利菜系)经验;有海外、米其林或高端餐厅背景者优先。
A minimum of 10 years of culinary management experience, including executive chef or equivalent management experience in luxury brand hotels. Possess solid culinary foundation and rich experience in diverse cuisines (Mediterranean and Southern Italian cuisine); candidates with overseas, Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant background are preferred.
2. 厨房管理能力。具备完整的厨房运营管理经验,包括食品安全、库存控制、设备维护、成本控制及SOP执行。
Kitchen management capability. Proven comprehensive kitchen operation and management experience covering food safety, inventory control, equipment maintenance, cost control and SOP implementation.
3. 菜单开发与创新能力。能独立设计与执行传统与创新结合的地中海菜单,包括季节性菜单、宴会菜单及特色菜品开发。
Menu development and innovation capability. Able to independently design and launch traditional and innovative Mediterranean menus, including seasonal menus, banquet menus and signature dish development.
4. 团队领导与培训能力。能有效领导、激励、排班、培训和发展厨房团队,具备冲突解决与绩效管理能力。
Team leadership and training capability. Capable of leading, motivating, scheduling, training and developing kitchen teams effectively, with proficiency in conflict resolution and performance management.
5. 成本控制与财务意识。具备食品成本控制、预算管理、库存审计、供应商谈判及盈利能力优化能力。
Cost control and financial awareness. Competent in food cost control, budget management, inventory auditing, supplier negotiation and profitability optimization.
6. 开业前筹备经验(Pre-Opening)。能主导或深度参与开业前阶段的菜单设计、SOP建立、系统集成、演练、招聘、培训等工作。
Pre-opening experience. Able to lead or deeply participate in pre-opening work including menu design, SOP establishment, system integration, service drills, recruitment and team training.
7. 食品安全与卫生合规。熟悉并严格执行HACCP及本地食品安全法规,能主导厨房卫生检查与危机处理。
Food safety and hygiene compliance. Familiar with and strictly implement HACCP standards and local food safety regulations, capable of leading kitchen hygiene inspections and crisis handling.
8. 沟通与协作能力。能高效与前厅、采购、销售、财务、工程、管事部等内部部门协作,并能与供应商、客人、卫生检查员等外部角色良好沟通。
Communication and coordination capability. Able to collaborate efficiently with internal departments including front office, purchasing, sales, finance, engineering and stewarding, and communicate well with external parties such as suppliers, guests and health inspectors.
9. 语言与文化适应力:
Language proficiency and cultural adaptability:
· 中国籍候选人:普通话流利(必需),具备英语基础读写/沟通能力者优先;
· Chinese Candidates: Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory); basic English reading, writing and communication skills are preferred.
· 外籍候选人:英语流利(必需),具备普通话基础沟通能力者优先;
· Foreign Candidates: Fluent in English (mandatory); basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
· 所有候选人均需具备良好的跨文化沟通能力,能够与本地团队及外部合作方高效协作。
· All candidates shall possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and be able to cooperate efficiently with local teams and external partners.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 有上海工作经验者优先。
Working experience in Shanghai is preferred.
2. 优先考虑曾在人均客单价、菜品出品质量、摆盘标准及服务水准等方面与本酒店品牌餐厅高度相近的奢华酒店或高星级酒店任职的候选人。
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in luxury or high-star hotels with similar customer unit price, dish quality, plating standards and service standards to our hotel brand.
3. 有奢华酒店活动接待经验及高端品牌活动接待经验者优先。
Candidates with experience in luxury hotel event reception and high-end brand event reception are preferred.
