岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
负责餐具、厨具的清洗、消毒与分类存放。Be responsible for washing, disinfecting and classified storage of tableware and kitchen utensils.协助后厨区域的卫生清洁与垃圾处理。Assist with kitchen back-of-house cleaning and waste disposal.确保洗消设备正常运行，及时补充清洁用品。Keep washing and disinfection equipment in good condition and replenish cleaning supplies on time.配合厨房团队完成大型活动的物资清洗保障。Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete tableware cleaning support for large-scale events.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1 年以上奢华品牌酒店或高端餐饮管事部工作经验。At least 1 year of stewarding experience in luxury brand hotels or high-end restaurants.熟悉餐具洗消流程与食品安全规范。Familiar with tableware washing & disinfection procedures and food safety regulations.吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能适应轮班制。Hard-working, responsible and able to work on rotating shifts.身体素质良好，具备良好团队协作意识。Good physical health and strong teamwork spirit.
