岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.协助首席礼宾司管理礼宾日常工作,督导门童、礼宾员服务标准。
Assist Chief concierge in daily operation and supervise team service standard.
2.负责接送行李、车辆调度、接送机、票务、导游、本地咨询等宾客服务。
Manage luggage handling, car arrangement, airport transfer, ticket and local concierge service.
3.管控礼宾物资、行李车、寄存物品,定期盘点,做好失物登记。
Manage concierge supplies, luggage carts and left luggage, conduct regular inventory.
4.处理宾客出行相关需求与突发问题,联动中式管家、总机、车队协同服务。
Resolve guest travel demands and emergencies, cooperate with front office & transport team.
5.筹备开业职责:参与礼宾 SOP 编写,物资盘点,员工实操接待培训。
Pre-opening duties: Compile concierge SOP, inventory supplies and conduct staff training.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1.至少3年奢华酒店礼宾岗位经验。
Minimum 2 years luxury hotel concierge working experience.
2.熟悉城市出行、票务、接送流程,具备良好沟通与应急处理能力。
Familiar with city transfer & ticketing, good communication & emergency response skills.
3.基础英语沟通良好,形象得体,能轮班。
Basic English communication, presentable appearance and shift work available.
4.有奢华酒店筹备开业经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotel is preferred.
