The Concierge Team Leader is responsiblefor the guest experience in the Concierge counter. The Concierge Team Leader must deliver heartfelt service and respond to guest’s queries andrequests efficiently and effectively to provide them with solutions that exceedexpectation. The Concierge Team Leader must drive the key metricsto achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets.

Execute job tasks according to the pre-defined standards & procedures and in compliance with the company employment handbook.

Ensure all areas in the concierge lounge are up to standard and all operating equipment is well-maintained.
