岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.全面统筹酒店餐饮板块运营,含餐厅、宴会、茶廊、客房送餐等全板块。
Overall manage F&B operation: outlets, banquet, Yi Lounge, in-room dining.
2.制定餐饮年度营收、成本、人力计划,管控毛利率与物资损耗。
Formulate annual revenue, cost & manpower plan, control gross profit and material loss.
3.搭建餐饮各部门 SOP、服务标准,统筹团队培训、考核与人才搭建。
Establish F&B SOP & service standard, organize training, assessment and talent development.
4.对接厨房、采购、销售,优化菜单、宴会产品,提升宾客满意度。
Cooperate with kitchen, purchasing & sales, optimize menu and banquet products.
5.统筹处理重大客诉、大型奢华宴会活动,协调跨部门资源。
Handle major complaints & high-end banquets, allocate cross-department resources.
6.筹备开业职责:搭建餐饮全套运营体系,规划场地、设备、物资,统筹全餐饮团队筹开培训。
Pre-opening duties: Build full F&B operation system, plan venue & equipment, organize pre-opening training.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1.至少 10年奢华酒店餐饮全盘管理经验,5 年及以上餐饮总监同等岗位经历。
Minimum 10 years luxury hotel F&B management experience, 5+ years as F&B Director.
2.精通餐饮成本、营收管控、宴会运营,具备大型项目统筹能力。
Expert in F&B cost & revenue control, banquet operation and large event management.
3.英语流利,优秀团队管理、商务谈判、危机公关能力。
Fluent English, outstanding team management, negotiation & crisis management skills.
4.完整奢华酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Complete luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
