餐饮部总监 Director of F&B

- The Director of F&B is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Food and Beverage Division including the maximization of profits, enhancement of customer’s satisfaction
through establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high staff morale.
- Daily communication with the Executive Chef to ensure food prepared are of the agreed standards and consistent all the time.
- To ensure consistency of quality, taste, presentation, temperature of beverage served in all restaurants and bars (according to group’s standard).
- Ensures that the Shangri-La SFS Program is strictly implemented, including the cleanliness of all restaurants and bars, personal hygiene standards for all food handlers and monthly Hygiene Audits (Please refer to the SLIM web-site on Hygiene and Sanitation).
- Obtains maximum publicity to maintain a high profile for the F&B department.
- Check and analysis daily covers, average check and sales.
- Review and analyze monthly Profit and Loss statement with Financial Controller and GM / Hotel Manager / Resident Manager.
